Heal, clear, balance, align, and activate your Chakras during this gentle guided meditation. Allow your body and mind to relax while you create a more balanced energy flow. The energies of the body can then be realigned and refreshed for a new sense of well-being.

Yogi Jai Shanti is a certified yoga instructor who has studied Qi Gong, Reiki, Yoga and ancient shaman practices from cultures all around the world.
